We are the market leader in toilet repair products sold in the largest Home Improvement retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Menards, Walmart, Target & more. Yes, our careers are in the toilet, and we have a lot of fun with our award-winning, USA-made products!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support execution of sales growth strategies including new product launches, merchandising updates, and promotional vehicles
  • Represent Lavelle Industries both virtually & in-person at customer training events, industry tradeshows, and customer meetings
  • Support day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, including monitoring performance and tracking key metrics.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as sales, product management, engineering, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to products.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding orders & inventory
  • Develop Genius level toilet repair product knowledge to influence others
  • Support the sales team by developing presentation and sales materials
  • Conduct market research in the field to learn about customer needs & present findings internally

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree ideally with focus in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Business or Supply Chain
  • Sales, Marketing, or retail experience/relevant internships are a plus
  • Effective listening and professional communication skills including written, electronic, and verbal
  • Results driven, passionate, analytical, and energetic individual
  • Available & excited for national travel during peak seasons up to 30-50%. All travel expenses are covered by company.
